Jomanda Shanice Daniel, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she bit and hit another woman during a dispute on Ross Street.
Police said that Daniel punched the victim in the face, resulting in her eye turning black and purple while swelling closed. She is also accused of biting the victim several times on her left arm and right thigh. Reports said that the victim had visible puncture marks on their leg.
Daniel is charged with aggravated battery.
