A Rome man, Walter Bradley Kellogg, who was 18 years-old last year when he was arrested for an armed robbery was found not guilty on Thursday.
A jury took just minutes to find Kellogg not guilty after evidence from his attorney Brian McWhorter proved that he was not guilty of the crimes charged against him.
Kellogg was faced with a life sentence for his crimes that occurred back in June of 2021.
The case made the 6th possible life sentence since court resumed from COVID that Rome attorney Brian McWhorter received not guilty verdicts on.
