Jeremiah Monroe, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week when reports said he pulled a gun on another person and hijacked their vehicle.
Police said that Monroe stole the victim’s 2008 Honda Accord at 900 North Broad Street.
Reports added that after he was located by police he was found in possession of methamphetamine, and Xanax.
Monroe is charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, hijacking a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
