Four inmates at the Floyd County Jail, Innis Akeydris Daniels, 24 of Rome, Jatavious Tyshun Posey, 19 of Rome, Lamar Cantrell Hunter, 46 of Rome, and Marcus Tyrell Creamer, 30 of Rome, are all facing additional charges following a riot in the jail that saw another person be seriously injured.

Deputies said that the victim of the gang beatdown suffered a broken arm, nose and collarbone

Daniels was originally arrested back on May 8th for battery, false imprisonment, cruelty to children and terroristic threats and acts.

Posey was originally arrested back on May 24th for theft by taking a motor vehicle, entering an automobile with the intent to commit a theft, theft by taking from a mailbox, criminal attempt to commit a felony and probation violation.

Hunter was originally arrested back on August 8th for armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the court of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, second degree burglary, aggravated assault, and aggravated stalking.

Creamer was in jail on a hold from another county. His mug shot was not available.

All four are now charged with aggravated battery and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution.
