Innis Akeydris Daniels, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a 64 year-old during an altercation on East 13th Street.
Reports added that Daniels committed the acts in front of three children
Daniels is charged with battery, false imprisonment, simple battery, three counts cruelty to children in the third degree and terroristic threats and acts.
