Donterious L Millsap, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after a search of a home on Pennington Avenue led authorities to find several pounds of marijuana that were packaged individually.
Police added that Millsap was also found with a digital scale.
Millsap is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
