Michael David Brown, 33 of Summerville, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a credit card at a location on North 5th Avenue and then proceeded to use it at Walgreens Pharmacy.
Police said that the theft and card fraud occurred back on July 22nd.
Brown is charged with financial transaction card fraud and theft by receiving stolen property.
