Christopher Samuel Talley, 44 of Covington, was arrested in Rome after reports said he threatened and attacked a woman at the Store-It Mini Warehouses on Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that Talley hit the woman and then threatened to kill her.
The incident occurred back on May 2nd.
Talley is charged with battery and terroristic threats and acts.
