Kourtney Shenae Riley, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she punched a man in the face before grabbing his head and hanging on, all while attempting to continue to beat him.
Reports said that the incident occurred at a restaurant on Broad Street.
Riley is charged with simple battery.
