Kayla Breeann Moses, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of methamphetamine and a glass smoking device.
Moses was taken into custody near the intersection of John Ross and Coosawatte Avenue.
Moses is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, and two counts probation violation.
