Khadijah Tajah Watkins, 25 of Rome, was arrested after reports said she shoved a 60 year-old man during a verbal dispute,
She is then accused of breaking a window to his apartment on Martha Berry Blvd.
Watkins is charged with battery and criminal trespass.
