Floyd Allen Busby, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found an assortment of drugs during a traffic stop for driving without his headlights on.
Police said that a consented search led them to locate a hypodermic needle containing methamphetamine and ten amphetamine tablets.
Busby is charged with possession of meth, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, drugs not in original container, and a headlight violation.
