Walter Randall Smith, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he told a woman that he would “blow her head off” while holding a gun.
The incident occurred at a location on Chateau Drive.
Smith is charged with terroristic threats and acts and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
