A teacher at Gaylesville School was arrested this week on domestic violence charges. According to arrest records from the Cherokee County, Alabama Sheriff’s Office, thirty-year-old Maci Peek was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center and posted bond a short time later. The details of the incident have not been released.
Peek is a 4th, 5th and 6th grade language arts teacher and an assistant volleyball coach, according to the Gaylesville School website.
