Bradley William Eads, 41 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine.
Officers stated that the drugs were found while they were taking him into custody at his home on Floyd Springs Road for a failure to appear warrant.
Eads is charged with possession of marijuana and failure to appear.
