William Dewayne Harvey, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he busted out a windowpane to the back door of a woman’s home after she refused to speak to him.
Reports stated that the incident occurred at a home on Old Calhoun Road.
Harvey is charged with criminal damage to property.
