Jose Carlos Dominquez, 43 of Palmdale, California, was arrested in Rome after threatening local officers at a location on Toles Road.
Reports said that while being questioned about a separate incident he told officers, “I got you”. Police added that he also told officers “Fu** you” in a loud and boisterous manner in public
Dominquez is charged with terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct.
