Taylor Lynn Thomas, 23 of Calhoun, was arrested this week after reports said she stabbed her ex-husband with a steak knife in the Kroger parking lot on West Belmont Drive.
Reports said that the victim and Thomas was arguing over her refusal to move out of his home following their divorce in January of last year.
Police stated that when Thomas pulled in the parking lot Thomas opened the passenger side of his truck and stabbed him with a steak knife in the back of his right thigh.
Reports went on to say that the victim proceeded to drive to his grandparents home before eventually having to go to AdventHealth Gordon for treatment.
The victim is expected to recover from the stabbing.
Thomas is charged with aggravated assault.
