Navajo Orlando Williams, 35 of Rome,, was arrested in Rome after police said he had sexual relations with a 13 year-old child.
Reports said that Williams penetrated the victim’s vagina with his penis as well as performing oral sex on her.
The alleged incident occurred back on February 18 of 2019.
Williams is charged with child molestation, statutory rape, and sodomy.
