Candice Nicole Chastain, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used another’s bank card to make numerous purchases without their approval.
Police said that on October 11th of this year Chastain charged $42.56 to the Dollar General in Central Plaza and then two other purchases at Kroger totaling $13.95.
Chastain is charged with three counts financial transaction card fraud.
