Tyler Romane Hall, 21 of Rome, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after police said he lied to authorites about being attacked.
Reports said that back on July 3rd of this year Hall told police that he been attacked and saw his property damaged by a family member.
Hall is charged with false statements and writings.
