Tommy Davis Parker, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a home when he went to her home in an effort to make contact.
Police stated that Parker was dropped off at the victim’s home, in which was verified by the driver, after being told to not make any contact by the courts.
The incident occurred back on June 18th of this year.
Parker is charged with aggravated stalking and two counts failure to appear.
