Richard Harlan Brewer, 67 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he discharged a firearm in his elderly father’s home.
Reports added that there were two individuals inside the home at the time of the incident.
Police went on to say that Brewer caused over $500 in damages to the victim’s property.
He is charged with reckless conduct, discharge of a firearm near a public street and 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
