Joseph Daniel Kennamer, 47 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he beat a woman in the face to the point she had to seek medical attention at a local hospital.
Police stated that the victim suffered injuries to the right side of her face.
The incident occurred back on September 29th .
Kennamer is charged with battery and probation violation.
