Gage Davin Lee, 22 of Bismarck, North Carolina, was arrested in Rome this week after he allegedly entered into a property on Bethel Church Road with the intent to commit a theft.
The incident occurred on October 20th around 6 am in the morning.
Lee is charged with 1st degree burglary.
