Shannon Angela Knight, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole 14 cases of water from the Circle K on North Broad Street.
Police said that the value of the water was $88.86.
The theft occurred back on August 25th.
Knight is charged with theft by taking and two counts of failure to appear.
