Two Kingston men, Cody Lee Higdon, 24, and Kyle Timothy Higdon, 24, were arrested at their home on Blarney Way after a search led officers to find suspected heroin and THC oil.
Police added that they also found syringes and smoking devices.
Both are charged with possession of a schedule I drug and possession of drug related objects.
