Timotheus James Boyett, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said shoved a woman before getting gasoline and threatening to burn her.
Police stated that Boyett damaged a door to the home before shoving the woman, resulting in her suffering a cut to her eblow.
Boyett is charged with battery, terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass.
The incident occurred at his home on Eugene Circle.
