Jason Edward Buffington, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly became disorderly at the Floyd Medical Center ER.
Reports stated that Buffington became loud and disorderly while not allowing nurses to perform their duties.
Buffington is charged with disorderly conduct.
