Robert Steven Hunter, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun and threatened another person’s life.
Police said that back on July 13 Hunter made a threatening statement toward the victim while making a gesture with his hand of a gun.
The victim then went on to say that Hunter proceeded to pull out his gun from under his car seat and pointed it at the victim.
The incident occurred at the northern intersection of Calhoun Road and Old Calhoun Road.
Hunter is charged with aggravated assault.
