Hector Paul Hernandez-Guerra, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after a traffic stop on East 19th Street turned up numerous types of drugs.
Reports said that officers stopped Guerra for driving with a loud exhaust and with a large crack in the windshield.
While conducting the stop officers stated that they detected a marijuana odor from the vehicle. A search was then conducted, and in the process leading them to find a marijuana pipe , a marijuana cigarette, and a plastic bag containing methamphetamine.
Hernandez-Guerra is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, exhaust system violation and a windshield violation.
