Timothy Kevin McCullough, 47 of LaFayette, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he conspired with another person to facilitate the sale of heroin.
Reports said that the arrangement for the drug deal occurred back on September 11, 2019 in Floyd County.
McCullough is charged with attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia’s controlled substance act, use of a communication facility in commission in commission of a felony and failure to appear.
