Thomas Cody Tanner, 35 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after he allegedly pointed a gun at another man’s head and proceeded to unload the firearm at the victim’s truck and home.
Tanner then proceeded to hit the victim.
The suspect caused over $500 in damages.
The incident occurred at a home on Pleasant Valley Road back on May 31 of this year.
Tanner is charged with aggravated assault, battery, reckless conduct and criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.
