Megan Elizabeth Willis, 33 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Avenue A after police said she was found with Heroin.
Reports stated that the heroin was found in a cigarette pack. Reports added that she was also found with a syringe in her toothbrush holder.
Willis is charged with possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of drug-related objects, and probation violation.
