Nikita Latrice Taylor, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly attacked another person at the Royal Inn on Martha Berry Boulevard.
Taylor is accused of pushing the victim with her hands. Officers added that when they arrived on scene Taylor refused to comply with their commands and would not place her hands behind her back while refusing to be handcuffed.
Taylor is charged with battery and willful obstruction of police officers
