Toby Lance Eden, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he held himself up in a camper with another person as police was searching for him.
Reports stated that Eden refused to comply with officers and come out while telling another person not to open the door for the police.
The incident occurred on Martha Berry Highway near the Ga 140 intersection.
Eden is charged with false imprisonment, obstruction and probation violation.
