Brett Alexander Padgett, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly burglarized a home on Rolling Oaks Drive earlier this month.
Reports said that Padgett broke into the home and stole 14 Vyvanse prescription pills on March 12.
Padgett is charged with first degree burglary.
