Orlandis Deon Hill, 27 of Atlanta, was jailed in Rome this week after he allegedly conspired with others to sneak methamphetamine and oxycodone into the Floyd County Prison

Reports said that Hill, while participating with the Bloods gang, was recorded over telephone lines and emails trying to arrange 3.1 ounces of meth and 28 oxy pills be placed into the prison for distribution.

Hill is charged with items prohibited for possession by inmates, use of communication facility in commission of a felony involving a controlled substance, attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia controlled substance act, unlawful for person employed or associated with criminal street gang to conduct criminal activity though commission of offense.
