Jaden Ryan Rice Snell, 25 of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he gained possession of a woman’s checking account without her permission and then proceeded to write a check from it.
The check was written for the amount of $487.32 back on January 5.
Snell is charged with identity fraud.
