Johnathan Rae Burnette, 25 of Dalton, turned himself into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he broke a woman’s cellphone during an altercation on Turner Road in Armuchee.
Report said that Burnette threw the victim’s cellphone against a tree, resulting in it breaking.
Burnette is charged with criminal damage to property.
