Dakota Gerald Lee Flannery, 24 of Riverdale, was arrested in Rome after reports said he caused destruction at a business on Avenue A.
Reports said that Flannery damaged a door, a picture and a computer chair value at over $500 on Monday.
Police went on to state that when they asked Flannery to stop he attempted to elude arrest.
After being captured, he was allegedly found in possession of a bag of suspected marijuana.
Flannery is charged with possession of marijuana, criminal damage to property and obstruction.
