Timothy Lee Yarbrough, 59 of Ellijay, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with methamphetamine while shopping at Kroger in Rome.
Reports added that the Yarbrough had been previously banned from the store.
He is charged with criminal trespass and possession of methamphetamine.
