Lakisha Ciera Covington, 30 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said she conspired to sell drugs with two others while being recorded at the Floyd County Jail.
Reports said that Covington, along with James Christopher Jenkins and John Derrick Turner Jr, arranged the sell of marijuana.
Police added that the conversation was recorded on the Floyd County Jail telephone system.
Covington is charged with conspiracy to violate controlled substance act and use of a communication facility in commission of a felony involving controlled substances.
