William Andrew Taylor, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he injured a woman during an altercation at a home on Rockmart Road.
Reports said that Taylor caused injury to the woman’s hand and arm while she was trying to keep him away from her. Police went on to add that Taylor threw numerous items belonging to the woman.
Police added that the incident occurred in front of a 1 year-old child.
Taylor is charged with battery and 3rd degree cruelty to children..
