Clyde Edward Moore III, 34 of Rome, was arrested on NWGA housing property at Fortune Street this week after being banned while being in possession of a large amount of marijuana that was packaged for distribution.
Moore is charged with possession of marijuana, sale or distribution of marijuana, selling or possessing ecstacy, possession of marijuana near a housing project.
