Jordan Lee Studyvent, 32 or Rome, was arrested this week after he was found with drugs and a gun while being stopped for speeding on Shorter Avenue.
Reports stated that after being pulled over near Webster Street officers located over an ounce of marijuana in the vehicle’s glove box. He was also found with a loaded Smith & Wesson M&P .40 handgun in his waistband
Studyvent is chargd with possession or distribution of marijuana, possession of a gun during the commission of a crime and speeding.
