Timothy Lee Connelly, 34 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a car from a home on Raintree Drive and then proceeded to sell it without permission.
Reports stated that the theft occurred on January 17th.
Connelly is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle and felony theft by deception.
