Franklin Eugene Kelly, 55, and and Michael Bryan Ingram, 37, both of Silver Creek, were arrested this week after reports said police they found methamphetamine, marijuana and a gun during a search of a home at 549 Donahoo Road in Silver Creek.
Reports said that the meth was found on a scale in a workshop behind the home. Police also recovered a bag of marijuana near the scales. A USP compact .45 auto handgun was also recovered in a camper the accused lives in.
Police went on to state that while taking Kelly into custody he refused to comply with officers and attempted to flee arrest.
Ingram was also allegedly found in possession of a stolen four wheeler and generator
Kelly is charged with possession of meth, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession and distribution of marijuana, and obstruction.
Ingram is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, theft by receiving stolen property and probation violation.
