A 17 year-old Rome man, Brian Ivan Gargica-Gomez, was arrested at Pepperell High School this week after police said they found a DAB pen containing a THC oil.
Reports added that the arrest came just before school let out at 2:30.
Garcia-Gomez is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
