Delta Jane White, 45 of Acworth, was jailed in Rome this week after she allegedly took another’s check, made it out to herself and cashed it at the local Coosa Valley Credit Union.
Reports added that White and the victim did not know each other.
The check was in the amount of $400.
She is charged with 4th degree forgery.
